Edward J. Youmans
Mr. Youmans is the owner/operator of ROOF MONKEY and his wife Beth works at the Teacher's Retirement System of Texas (TRS) and have lived in Round Rock since 2017. Edward continues to serve in the United States Air Force Reserves as an Assistant Inspector General and is also the Chairman of the Round Rock Civil Service Commission. Eddie has served on the boards of director's for the Round Rock Chamber, Round Rock Police Foundation, and the Williamson County Symphony Orchestra and previously as an Ethic's Commissioner for the City of Round Rock. This term ends on December 31st 2022 and Mr. Youmans will become Past-President through December 31st 2024. The WCRLs would like to thank you for your service to the Community.
President Elect; serves as the 2nd in command and runs the day-to-day operations of the organization, oversees the Candidate Review Committee, and reports directly to the President (time commitment is 8-10 hours per month). The President Elect shall become the President on January 1st, 2023 serving a 2-year term through December 31st 2024 (time commitment is 12-15 hours per month), followed by a 2-year term as Past-President from January 1st 2025 through December 31st 2026 (time commitment is 8-10 hours per month). >Click Here to Apply Now<
Vice President of Communications
Ms. Brasher is a political consultant, mother, and homeschool educator in Georgetown, Texas. Her executive board positions held in Williamson County include Republican Precinct Chair #343, Chair of the WilCo GOP Reagan Gala annual fundraiser, 1st Vice President of Georgetown Area Republican Women (2 terms), Membership Director of WilCo Young Republicans, Chair of the Military Support Committee for GARW PAC, Chair of the Scholarship Committee for GARW PAC, and WilCo 100 PAC board of directors. Ashley is a lifelong Republican and regularly volunteers at our WilCo GOP headquarters.

Constable Jeff Anderson
Jeff Anderson is married, has 4 children, and 6 grandchildren. Has lived in Leander since 1990 and in Round Rock for 2 years prior. He and his family are and have been members of Victory Baptist Church in Cedar Park for the past 25 years. Jeff currently is a small business owner, and a licensed real estate agent and is currently our elected Constable for Precinct 2 since January 1, 2021.
Jeff retired from the Travis County Sheriff's Office after almost 29 years, and is retired from the US Air Force Reserves as a Senior Master Sergeant (E-8) after 27 years. During his tenure in Law Enforcement he attained a Master Peace Officers License and Master Jailers License. He graduated from Sam Houston States Leadership Command College - Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas. He is a graduate of FBI - Law Enforcement Executive Development Organization. In the USAF Reserves he graduated from the US Air Force Senior Leadership Academy. He served as the President of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 912. He previously served on the Leander Economics Development Committee, and is currently a member of the Leander Ethics Committee.
Walt and his wife, Pam, were among the founding members of Williamson County Republican Leaders and have lived in Williamson County since 1989 and have 2 grown sons, Marc and Matthew.
Walt has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Health Care Administration from Trinity University. He has owned his own healthcare practice management business, Laurel Mountain Research, LLC, since 1995.
He is an ardent fan of the Houston Astros and Division III football powerhouse, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He and Pam are active in their church and in Republican activities in Williamson County.
Dora is a Round Rock resident and home owner, a former HOA Board member, and a parishioner of St. William Catholic Church in Round Rock. Dora was elected WCRL Secretary and Board of Directors officer beginning January 1, 2019.
Dora is a lifelong learner with innate curiosity and is keen on inquiry and critical analysis through which she has engaged her varied interests. Professionally, Dora has worked in the academic and private sectors in diverse roles in drug development and medical device clinical research and regulatory affairs management and as an executive for quality improvement in healthcare standards compliance. Her academic and professional endeavors support her passion for medical research and regulatory affairs, both which impact evidence-based medicine in healthcare and patient rights, and this has led to Dora monitoring social and political trends that influence healthcare policy and its effect on cost, medical necessity, and affordability.
Along with attaining professional certificates, Dora graduated magna cum laude and with excellence distinction with degrees in Master of Science in Integrated Healthcare Management and MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University; Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Clinical Research Administration from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences; and Associate in Science in Bioscience and Cancer Information Management from Santa Barbara City College. Dora also completed the Emergency Medical Technician program at Cerritos College and Paramedic training at University of Southern California School of Medicine.
Mr. Richardson and his wife Ann
