President Lyle Grimes Lyle Grimes grew up in Dallas and studied at the University of Texas before beginning his career with American Airlines in 1995. In his 27 years with the American Airlines family, he has worked as an operations manager, airport general manager, and is currently the corporate sales manager responsible for Central Texas. In 2006 he took a new position which brought him back to Central Texas and as soon as he returned, he knew he was home. In August he met Elexis and in January 2007, they were married in an outdoor chapel overlooking the Texas Hill Country. He resides in the Cedar Park, Texas with his wife, they have two sons, and Bella their English Labrador. He has been actively involved in Williamson County for over a decade and currently serves on five boards and commissions. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

President Elect Vacant >Click Here to Apply Now< The President Elect: serves as the 2nd in command and runs the day to day operations of the organization, oversees the Candidate Review Committee, and reports directly to the President (time commitment is 8-10 hours per month). The President Elect shall become the President on January 1st, 2024 serving a 2-year term through December 31st 2026 (average time commitment is 12-15 hours per month), followed by a 2-year term as Past-President from January 1st 2027 through December 31st 2027 (time commitment is 8-10 hours per month). |
Vice President of Membership Vacant >Click Here to Apply Now< The Vice President of Membership shall oversee the Membership Committee; develop and execute programs to serve the needs and promote the growth of the WCRLs. This includes but not limited to: community service opportunities and social events, reviewing membership applications, and managing, training and gainfully employing an active Membership Committee. This term will end on December 31st, 2023 with a time commitment of 8-10 hours per month. |
Vice President of Communications Beth-Anne Bygum Beth-Anne Bygum is an accomplished senior executive with 26 years in information technology, compliance and cyber security. She currently works as a Chief Security & Compliance Officer and sits on several Advisory Boards. Beth-Anne is a DRII Certified Business Continuity Professional, co-author, speaker, and contributor to cyber security councils. Beth-Anne volunteers her time supporting efforts related to workforce mobility and transitioning military professionals. A lifelong conservative, her executive board positions also include Secretary, Georgetown Area Republican Women. Beth-Anne is married to a loving husband who served 33 years and is retired from the US Air Force. They are blessed with two adult children and have two dogs. |
![]() | Treasurer Walt Manly Walt and his wife, Pam, were among the founding members of Williamson County Republican Leaders and have lived in Williamson County since 1989 and have 2 grown sons, Marc and Matthew. Walt has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Health Care Administration from Trinity University. He has owned his own healthcare practice management business, Laurel Mountain Research, LLC, since 1995. He is an ardent fan of the Houston Astros and Division III football powerhouse, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He and Pam are active in their church and in Republican activities in Williamson County. |
Secretary Vacant >Click Here to Apply Now< The WCRL Secretary shall oversee the Advisory & Suggestions Committee; keep record of all proceedings of the WCRLs Member Meetings and Board of Directors; shall send correspondences on behalf of the WCRLs as directed by the President; and shall manage the electronic storage of all files, photos, and documents of the WCRLs not otherwise disposed. This term will end on December 31st, 2023 with a time commitment of 6-8 hours per month. |

Jeff Anderson Jeff Anderson is a family man, a public servant serving as the Williamson County Precinct 2 Constable, a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, and a cancer survivor. From a young age, Jeff's deep interest in Law Enforcement was clear and he dedicated his life to Public Service. Prior to retirement, Jeff spent 29 years with the Travis County Sheriff’s Department – retiring as a Sergeant, and 27 years with the US Air Force – retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. Jeff is a proud American and a Patriot. He understands the meaning of hard work and has been able to enjoy the benefits from his lifetime of achievement. Yet Jeff also believes that in order to be successful one must remain service oriented. |
Past President Edward J. Youmans Mr. Youmans is the owner/operator of ROOF MONKEY and his wife Beth works at the Teacher's Retirement System of Texas (TRS) and have lived in Round Rock since 2017. Edward continues to serve in the United States Air Force Reserves as an Assistant Inspector General and is also the Chairman of the Round Rock Civil Service Commission. Eddie has served on the boards of director's for the Round Rock Chamber, Round Rock Police Foundation, and the Williamson County Symphony Orchestra and previously as an Ethic's Commissioner for the City of Round Rock. This term ends on December 31st 2022 and Mr. Youmans will become Past-President through December 31st 2024. The WCRLs would like to thank you for your service to the Community. |
